About Molly Cash
Molly Cash serves her clients by understanding what a successful outcome looks like to them and working in partnership to achieve the best results. Molly regularly prepares and negotiates commercial and retail leases, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan and security documents, and a variety of other transactional documents for her clients.
Born and raised in upstate South Carolina, Molly graduated from the Calhoun Honors College of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Statistics, Magna Cum Laude, where she ran Clemson University Division 1 Track and Field and competed as an elite cyclist. After completing a sales and marketing project for Dow AgroSciences in Sydney, Australia, Molly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a Negotiations Competition Regional Finalist and Editor in Chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Molly also ran the Boston Marathon during her first year of law school without missing class, a feat she does not endorse.
Following law school, Molly served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable A. Marvin Quattlebaum, Jr., U.S. District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina, and the Honorable Letitia H. Verdin, South Carolina Circuit Court Judge. After her clerkships, Molly then worked for national and local law firms representing commercial developers, buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of a real estate transaction.
Molly is admitted to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina as well as the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Molly also serves as a title insurance agent for a national title insurance company.
Molly is a member of the Greenville Bar Association, Downtown Presbyterian Church, and Radiance Bible Study. In her spare time, Molly can be found running or cycling on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with her husband and two sons.
